BioAge (i)

The vital monitor calculates your biological age based on your HRV measurements. What is important here is that BioAge is a long-term factor and therefore only changes slowly. Except in the calibration phase, where the fluctuations can be very strong because there is still too little measurement data available. Here it can happen that there is a deviation of many years from one measurement to the next. From the tenth morning measurement, the BioAge then levels off around the “true” value.
