Endurance training recommendation

The vital monitor shows you the maximum intensity of endurance training your body can currently handle. You can train underneath at any time. If you train more intensively than recommended, you will overtrain in the medium term. The risk of injury increases and your training progress stagnates.
The intensity of the training is displayed in heart rate zones. These ranges are calculated based on your stated age. However, you can also change them under “Training Areas” in the main menu. You can find out more about the training recommendations here: Training control
